Most certainly not,we have had many comments from couples and guests stating they didnt realise we were filming them.We are very sensitive to the needs and privacy of all couples and guests.

DO WE USE PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT?
Yes,we use full size cameras with professional 20x lenses,our edit systems are computerised using the latest software,lapel mikes are used to capture crystal clear sound.All our equipment may be viewed if required.

AM I LEGAL ?
Yes, I am registered for all government duties and do supply copyright licences.

WILL I COME TO YOUR WEDDING DRESSED IN JEANS & T-SHIRT?
Funny as it may seem I do get asked this question.
The answer is NO.

WILL I FILM YOUR WEDDING DAY ?
Yes,I do not hire third party cameramen.

DO I GET DVD'S ?
Yes, with animated chapter points, music intro, stills from your video, printed on the face with titles all DVDs come in presentation cases.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT FILM OUR WEDDING DAY
In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil our obligation to you,we will do our utmost to find you another videographer,if that is not possible, we will refund all money you paid to us.

HAS ANY OF YOUR EQUIPMENT EVER FAILED DURING A WEDDING
No,we carry back up equipment,cameras,batteries,microphones,etc just in case this does happen.All our equipment is checked before every wedding.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN PICK UP MY DVd?
Normally about 21 days.

AM I PREPARED TO TRAVEL?
Yes, Distance is no Object. However it may incur a small extra charge

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?
No, the price you are quoted is the price you pay.Unless you decide to change the package you first requested.

WHEN IS THE FULL BALANCE DUE?
You can pay this at any time,the latest time for payment is when you pick up your preview.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING?
When you have booked our service for your Wedding Day,we will send you a confirmation with all the details.Then approx three weeks before your big day, we will contact you,first of all to arrange the pre wedding shoot,then to arrange to meet you to collect your music,then we will guide you through the day with reference to how we will work with you.We will also make every effort to attend your rehersal.We do not just take a booking and then meet you on your wedding day.We feel that it is important we give you as much information as to how we work with you on your big day.

HOW DO YOU WORK WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHER?
Photographers like us are there to do a job for you,we work hand in glove with
the photographer,to ensure your day is a day you will remember for the rest
of your lives.
